UNIQ Signs Two Red Line Railway Construction Contracts for THB15 Billion

Unique Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (SET: UNIQ ) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 19 May 2026, the company has signed two contracts with the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) as follows: 1. The Construction of the Dark Red Line Project, Rangsit – Thammasat University Section, which consisted of the construction of a railway line approximately 9 km long with 4 stations. The scope covers civil works and related structures, as well as all together with trial run to ensure fully integrated operation. The project has a contract value of THB 6,057 million, and has a duration of 1,080 days. 2. The Construction of the Commuter Train Light Red Line Project Siriraj – Taling Chan – Salaya Section and 3 Additional Stations (Rama VI Bridge Station, Bang Kruai – EGAT Station and Ban Chim Phli Station). The project was signed under the UT Joint Venture, comprising UNIQ and Trusty Construction Company Limited The project consisted of the construction of a railway line approximately 20 km long with 9 stations. The work comprises at-grade and elevated track, covering civil works and related structures, as well as all railway systems together with trial run to ensure fully integrated operation. The project has a total contract value of THB 14,720 million, while the contract value for UNIQ’s portion was THB 8,832 million. The contract has a duration of 1,080 days.
