) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that following the reports of a potential merger between TTB and Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited (SET:
KTB
), the company has clarified that the company is not currently undertaking any merger transaction. In addition, TTB has no plans to pursue any merger with other banks in its 5-year business plan.
