Absolute Clean Energy Public Company Limited (SET: ACE ) has announced that its subsidiary had signed the project grant agreement with Nakhon Phanom Town Municipality under Build-Own-Operate (BOO) scheme for a period of 25 years. The company has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on July 21, 2026, Alliance Clean Power Company Limited (ALCP), a subsidiary which the company indirectly holds 100% shares who had won the e-bidding and had been selected to invest, develop, and operate a municipal solid waste (MSW) power plant project for Nakhon Phanom Town Municipality, Mueang Nakhon Phanom District, Nakhon Phanom Province (Nakhon Phanom MSW Power Plant Project), signed the project grant agreement with Nakhon Phanom Town Municipality. The power plant project is expected to have an installed capacity and a power purchase agreement (PPA) capacity of 9.9 MW and 8.0 MW, respectively. In addition to this, the company will have 11 MSW power plant projects in total, including the Nakhon Phanom MSW Power Plant Project, with a total installed capacity of 100.2 MW, which can be summarized according to the project status as follows: Two projects currently in operation with a total installed capacity of 12 MW.
